What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Anything that fails under normal use. Email us a photo, we repair or replace it fast—no overseas call center, no runaround.
How long does shipping take?
Orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours and land in 2-3 business days. Tracking hits your inbox the second it scans.
What if it’s not my vibe?
You get 60 days to beat it up. If it's not a fit, send it back for a full refund.
